The EH Naturopathic Practice, based just outside of Loughrea in County Galway, is run and managed by;

Dr. Sepi Sefy PhD whom specialises in Ayurvedic, Traditional Chinese & Western Herbal Medicine alongside of Reiki Mastery, Nutrition & Yoga practise and Yogic Principles. Dr. Sefy practices Phytotherapy a science based medical practise within Naturopathic Medicine.

Our in-house Pharmacologist; has a B.A in Pharmacology and a Masters Degree gained from University of Portsmouth in Chemical Sciences as well as a Master Degree gained from NUIG in Cancer Research.

The EH Naturopathy Practice sits on an Animal Rescue Farm, the funding for the animals solely come from Yoga Lessons

and Yoga/Meditation Retreats held on the sanctuary throughout the year. Because it is not only humans we aim to heal but all living beings.

Herbal Medicine Consultation

Consultations are conducted by Dr. Sepi Sefy Ph.D, a combination of Ayurvedic, Traditional Chinese and Western herbal Medicine is used in every patients treatment process.

The consultations may take around an hour and half.

Yoga Lessons

Dr. Sefy has an excess of 8+ years experience as a Yoga Teacher and has done more than 4000 hours of Teaching Experience. Holistic Massage Therapy & Chinese Cupping Therapy

Since qualifying in 2010 at Abingdon College in Oxford, England; Dr. Sefy has successfully helped many patients overcome physical discomforts through holistic Massage & Physicatherapies.

Reiki Healing

Since being Attuned as a Reiki Master by direct linage of Dr. Mikao Usui in 2019,

One to One Private Yoga Lessons

This lesson is suited for anyone not wishing to be part of a class and would benefit more from a 1-1 setting. Most private students are athletes who compete & wish to advance their career by the teachings of Yoga.

Animal Herbal Medicine & Reiki Healing

Over the last few years Earth Healer Animal Sanctuary has saved over 100 animals, some have sadly passed away and some have found their forever home. Currently the sanctuary houses around 40 animals. To meet our animals click here

We treat animals with herbal medicine as well as Reiki.

We noticed that the animals that came into our care were responding well to Reiki Healing and thus decided that we will provide this service on donation based basis for anyone that requires comfort and energy healing for their beloved companion. All proceeds will go to our rescued animals.

All products used across the services are certified vegan, we are strictly vegan & organic based and Zero Waste where possible
